Fifty members of the Kentucky National Guard are being activated to help long-term care facilities with Covid-19 cases.

According to governor andy beshear..

The guard members will now help with covid- screening, and facility decontamination..

At long-term healthcare facilities..

When requested..

The mission... according to the governor, is expected to continue, for at least 30 days.
