New Public Health Order
Issuing a new public health order.
It will go into effect when the county's seven-day positivity rate reaches or exceeds 10 percent.
First, retail businesses will be limited to 75 percent capacity.
Cultural, entertainment, and tourism venues will be limited to 50 percent capacity.
Gyms, fitness centers, and senior day care centers will also be limited to 50 percent capacity.
Restaurants will be limited to 50 percent indoor capacity, while bars will be limited to 25 percent.
They can maintain 100 percent outdoor capacity as long as they practice social distancing of six feet.
Tents must have two open doors.
