Man shot by Colorado police on Halloween was not armed, attorney says

The man found slumped over his wheel by Glendale police on Halloween was not armed, according to his attorney.

After the 36-year-old woke up, video appears to show his truck lurching forward but then quickly reverse in a hail of gunfire.
