As we previously reported, the rules go into effect when the county's seven-day positivity rate reaches or exceeds 10 percent.
The rate was 10.2 percent as of saturday.
Starting at 12:01 a.m., retail businesses are limited to 75 percent capacity.
Cultural, entertainment, and tourism venues are 50 percent capacity.
Gyms, fitness centers, and senior day care centers are also at 50 percent capacity.
Restaurants are limited to 50 percent indoor capacity.
Bars are 25 percent.
They can maintain 100 percent outdoor capacity as long as they practice social distancing of six feet.
