People in Los Molinos are reacting after 100 new coronaviruses cases and two new deaths were reported in Tehama County.

Kristian: jeffrey southard had just opened up this arcade in los molinos a month before the coronavirus pandemic began.

Jeffrey southard/arcade owner: i'm a small out of pocket business, i'm just trying to survive and it's hard right now.

Southard says when he first opened- people packed his arcade.

Jeffrey southard: everything was going well until the coronavirus kicked up and it gradually died off and then it cleared off and the second outburst happened and it really died off, it was cheaper for me to shut the doors at that point.

But even with the doors shut the bills keep piling up.

Jeffrey southard: i'm living day by day doing what i got to, to stay alive it's hard for us here, it need to be changes, i don't know what changes need to be made but they need to do something for us.

Kristian: southard says he hopes the number of cases will get under control so he can open his business next month.
