Welcome back... as expected the 2a, top ranked linton girls basketball team has just cruised through the season so far winning their first four games by an average of over 40 points per contest... the lady miners got their first test of the season tonight, they hosted 1a sixth ranked tecumseh... 2nd half, miners defense is something to behold as vanessa shafford one of her steals.

She lobs the ball up the floor for fellow senior aubrey burgess for the lay in.

Techumseh battled back and made this a three point game in the 3rd but haley rose extends linton's lead with the beautiful baseline floater.

Later in the 3rd, linton regaining control as burgess buries the corner three.

That girls can play....she finished with 25 points in this one.
