Tonight was the first round of the state playoffs.
Due to a shortage of football referees, the games in quad-a and double-a were moved to saturday, but there was a full schedule of games all over middle georgia tonight in the other classifications.
Our first game is warner robins at home against union grove in 5-a playoff action.
The demons won region one with an 8-1 overall record.
They ended the regular season last week with a big win over cross-town rival veterans.
Warner robins ran for 414 yards in that game, and hoped to do it again tonight against a union gove team that was 6-4 overall and the fourth seed from region 4.
