Over 900 COVID-19 related deaths in Oregon since start of pandemic

The right thing.

This comes -- as the oregon health authority reported nine new deaths today -- bringing the state death toll to 9 hundred and five.

The state also reported one thousand five hundred ninety nine new cases of covid-19 today.

We now have over 74 thousand cases across the state.

Hospitalizations*also continue to rise tonight.

539 people are in the hospital with covid-19 -- which is*ten more than yesterday.

And 107 of them -- are in the icu -- which is*one more than yesterday.

In our viewing area -- all fives counties reported new cases today.

Benton saw 7 new ones.

Coos saw four.

Douglas county reported 8 new cases and 17 people are in the hospital there.

Lane county reported 59 new ones.

And
