It's lit! Chicago's CTA Holiday Train decorated with spirited spectacle

The CTA Holiday Train began its holiday duty last week.

However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, people aren’t allowed to board the lit-up train or enjoy the photo time with Santa Claus.
