23-year-old amy rogers was arrested wednesday.
She's charged with culpable negligence manslaughter.
The investigation began on november 17th at mother goose daycare where an 8-week- old infant died.
The daycare's license has since been suspended by the mississippi state department of health.
Bond for rogers is set a 50-thousand dollars.
Police did not release any other details surrounding the investigation.
