Trine University loosens some COVID-19 restrictions as Steuben County drops to orange on Indiana cou

Trine University and Steuben County are showing less community spread of COVID-19 thanks to help from the university’s COVID response team.

Tonight-- good news for steuben county... however they're not completely in the clear.the indiana department of health is listing the county in the orange.this is after being in the red with a high number of covid cases.fox 55's jentill neal went to trine university in steuben county to see how they worked with the community to help lower cases.

An empty campus at trine university on thursday now seeing lower covid numbers.the school and county now showing less community spread of covid 19... thanks to help from the universitys covid response team.>13:10:00-"the team would also work with the health center staff to do testing, symptom checks, and then put together a team of staff and faculty that would reach out to students and faculty."the team doing contact tracing, isolation housing, providing meal delivery to students who were not able to go to class while in quarantine.
