This morning - much of our region is under a red flag -fire weather - warning.

The national weather service first issued that warning sunday afternoon.

The service has cited strong northern winds and low humidity ... these condition - critical to potential burns.

The service expects theses windy conditions to sustain through mid-day tuesday.

Butte county public works will be performing vegetation removal on cherokee road, north and east of the city of oroville.

Work hours are planned to be monday through friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm..

And are set to last until the end of the month..

Drivers should expect one lane traffic and up to 10 minute delays..

This morning, tens of millions in californians are under a stay at home order.

It affects the southern california and bay area regions of the stay at home plan..
