FCPS has released the dates for a vigil and a celebration of life in honor of superintendent Manny Caulk.

The district 'had' announced, just days, before, that he would be out on an un-specified medical leave.
In 20-15 caulk had surgery to remove a malignant tumor from his sinus cavity.
That's the same year, he became fayette county's school superintendent.

There will be a student led candlelight vigil, to remember caulk.
It will be held, at the old central office building on east main street, at 5:30 p-m.
On saturday..
There will be a drive thru visitation from 9 a-m unitl noon, at first baptist church, bracktown.
A celebration of life..
Will also be held, at first baptist church bracktown, at one p-m on saturday.
The service will be limited to family members only, because of covid-19 restrictions, but it will be livestreamed.

In honor of seperintendent caulk..
Students from the high schools in lexington, are hosting a toy drive to benefit elementary students in need.
Donations can be dropped off at any of the six large district high schools, beginning tomorrow through next wednesday.
