22nd district BOEs find no additional ballots after conducting court-ordered inspection

No additional ballots were found by any of the counties in the 22nd Congressional District.

In the 22ndcongre, several boardsf electionsand atd documents with state supreme court.

And all eight counties say they have performed the court ordered search of their offices for ballots.

Good evening kristen.

No additional ballots were found by any of the counties in the district, after all eight boards of elections were ordered to inspect all areas for any remaining, uncounted ballots.

All counties also complied with oswego county supreme court justice scott delconte's order to retrieve all ballots that were securely held in court to continue canvassing.

On tuesday, justice delconte issued a decision ordering all b-o-e's to continue counting ballots, fix any errors and recanvass ballots if necessary.

Herkimer county claims an objection to one ballot by tenney's campaign was withdrawn... but the tenney campaign disputes this claim, saying the ballot should not be counted until the judge makes a decision on it.

In oneida county, election commissioners rose grimaldi and carolann cardone have hired attorneys.

Tioga county claims they are ready to certify their results.

Broome, cortland, herkimer, madison, and oswego counties have proposed start dates to canvass remaining ballots.

No word from oneida and chenango counties on when they plan to continue canvassing.

The judge has not approved any of these dates yet.

As of the last unofficial count, on november 30th... claudia tenney leads anthony brindisi by 12 votes.

The next court date is scheduled for december 18th.
