Although i called and said well you need to ... be alone with this guy also hats off to a erin post and i have talked to you for hard customer service and any history i feel like is gone ... way down to in and that's one of things up with my managers to d is communicate in customer service because they don't really see what's happened on the back they'll see what's been done your car there.

There interaction is with you when yo speak to them in your the one they trust and so it if there's not that personal connection between you and that god none of rest the really matters and i would imagine as a business owner when someone calls you about a ... customer service issue ... , you automatically assume that are calling for it most the tim it's not all agree but you woul be some prize.

I'm surprised anyway how much more people call now to say thank you because ... i believe customer service is a huge problem in ... in all of the trade industry now and i think a big part of it is their right, just so easy.

Trying to get the job done.

Not really focus on the customer an i think they think the whole business is about the job right.

It is really not the whole business about the ... customer and interaction short, no doubt about i were getting closer winners.
