Joseph all say their emergency rooms are seeing an increase in what they call the "worried well"... those who not have covid-19 symptoms but are asking to be tested for the virus.

They say this is causing problems for their hospitals....already stretched thin on resources and personnel... as they try to treat those who are seriously ill with the virus.
