Save America Rally comes to Dalton to boost voting for David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler.

Overturn the presidential election---republican officials rallied in north georgia today in order to gain voter support for the heated senate runoff election.

News 12's winston reed has coverage from the 'save america' rally.

The heavily contested runoff election in georgia has gained the attention of politicians around the country.

"we're here to help kelly loeffler and david purdue stay in the united states senate."

"all eyes are on georgia.

I'm from wyoming but i came to georgia specifically to ask the good gentle people of georgia to re- elect david purdue and kelly loeffler."

Dalton, georgia was the latest stop for the 'save america' bus tour, where officials continued to encourage high voter turnout for january 5th and early voting season.

"we're traveling all over the state of georgia making phone calls, knocking on doors and reminding people that it's so important that you vote."

Standup: news 12 asked republican officials about their reaction to the supreme court rejecting a texas election lawsuit in an effort to overturn votes in key battle ground states.

"right now more than a 3rd of the entire electorate, close to 60 million people, think this election was not accurate -was rigged."

"i was disappointed that the court chose not to recognize standing by the 17 states that requested it but the supreme court is the ultimate court.

The law of the land."

While the supreme court ruling did not go in favor of ohio congressman jim jordan and wyoming senator cynthia lummus, debby peppers of the whitfield county democratic party says the lawsuit was nothing more than a political maneuver with no expectation of success.

"i'm appalled frankly that there has been so much effort going into overturning an election that so far unanimously there is no widespread fraud."

The electoral college will certify votes on monday, december 14th.
