Masonic Care Community announces COVID vaccination clinic

Although the COVID-19 vaccine still hasn’t arrived in our area yet, the Masonic Care Community announced Tuesday morning it will hold a vaccination clinic on January 8th for its long-term care residents.

The vaccines will be administered by pharmacists and registered nurses.

Masonic plans on reaching out to families requesting their consent to administer the vaccine to their loved ones, which is required by law.

A signed consent form is required before a vaccine can be given.

Masonic says the vaccine is not required, but is asking families to strongly consider it to help stop the spread.
