It's been about a month since minnesotans have been able to dine indoors or outdoors at a restaurant now that governor walz lifted restrictions on outdoor dining and drinking ?
*- the cold didn't stop some people in rochester today from doing so ini shar's country palace's parking lot.
To be prepared for the chill ?
"* they also brought their heaters, ice shacks, and tents.
They're not just eating to support the local bar ?
"* but also a local nonprofit.
We kind of had to get creative but we are drinking for the animals today the bar is donating some of the income to paws and claws humane society.
The animal shelter has made an impact on one of their own employees.
One of our other employees, she volunteers there.
That is an organization that is very dear to her heart, so she suggested that.
We kind of jumped on that bandwagon with her in supporting the animals when restaurants had to close a month ago ?
