After months of being stuck in the house during quarantine, many folks are eager to get back to the gym and achieve their goals.

Shelby knepper-seidel had a baby in her 40s.
"that kind of changed my body in a lot of ways."she says it's been tough to lose the extra baby weight.
After spending months in the house quarantining because of the pandemic, she decided enough was enough.
"it's just needing the motivation to stick with a routine."when she joined orangetheory fitness, she found her motivation.
"you're committing to 'i'm going to come at this time on this day.'

Often, they fizzle out months later.
They say the key to success is consistency.
"people come three to four times a week, just to get it in a good routine of coming here."morgan kroezen says the pandemic hasn't stopped folks from signing up for classes at orange theory.
In fact she's the new manager of the new north location opening at the beginning of the new year."a lot of people are just really excited to start the new year in the right direction and getting back into their fitness routine."manager katie vanburk says a class can range from 8 to 15 dollars.
If clients are coming the recommended 3 or 4 times a week, orangetheory can run them upwards of a hundred dollars a month.
She says people are willing to pay that premium to invest in their bodies.
"it becomes a habit.
