Meet the pampered pooch whose owner has built him his own Santa Grotto - complete with a stack of presents worth £2,000.Owner Alisa Thorne, 52, spent a week turning her garden summer house into a Winter Wonderland for her six-month-old pup Fabio.She spared no expense on gifts for the lucky pup including a custom-made Swarovski crystal bowtie worth £600 and a £130 Cavalli onesie to add to his 800 item 'fur-dorbe'.Alisa bought the Chinese Crested Powder Puff in July 2020 and splashed out nearly £1,000 on a 'puppy party' where she gifted him a Swarovski bow tie worth £600 and a £160 convertible car.She considers Fabio to be her 'baby' and will take him out for walks in his own pushchair around their hometown in Rhondda Cynon Taff, Wales.She has splashed out more than £12k on the pooch in total and the pair recently appeared on the BBC Two show '12 Puppies and Us'.Fabio has gathered over 5,000 followers on his Instagram page.Single Alisa, a hairdresser, said: "Fabio is my little baby and I love him to pieces."He's so adorable and I just want to spoil him with nice things."I can't wait to celebrate our first Christmas together."Fabio set her back £2,500 in July 2020 after her 10-year-old dog Hugo died suddenly.She set up an Instagram for Fabio for a bit of fun during lockdown and couldn't believe the response.The pampered pooch has now gathered over 5,000 followers who adore his luxe lifestyle.Alisa said: "I was beside myself after losing Hugo and it felt like fate when I got Fabio."I had spent thousands on Hugo but I donated it all - it didn't feel right keeping his things for another dog."The doting owner threw a lavish 'puppy party' for Fabio's arrival and spent nearly £1,000 on presents and decorations.She had a balloon arch made and travelled all the way to Blackpool to the Barking Bakery to have a custom-made cake designed.Alisa said: "The puppy party was fantastic - no expense spared."We could only have two dogs around because of the social distancing rules, but it was a fantastic day."The doting owner has spent thousands on pup already including clothes, accessories, and toiletries.He owns 800 items of clothing - totting up to nearly £6,000 - and four bowties that are worth £600 a piece.She recently created a Winter Wonderland in the garden which includes a dog-sized Santa's sleigh.It will be their first Christmas together and has already splashed out on some designer goodies for him.Alisa said: "I've had his bowl designed and looking for some more presents."It's been hard to find things in the lockdown but because I want everything to be custom-made for him."I don't have any children so I see Fabio as my child."He has just joined a dog modelling agency and already been for a few shoots."He's just the sweetest dog.   "I had so much fun decorating the grotto and I have lots of festive costumes to dress him up. "I don't have much family so having a nice Christmas together means a lot to me."I can't wait to help him open his presents."Breakdown of spending:Cost of Fabio - £2,500Doggy clothing - £6,000Bowls and beds - £600Leads, collars and bowties - £1,000Food cost per month - £60 x 12 = £720 a yearGrooming (she's hairdresser so does it all herself so just buys him products) - £500Parties - £1,000TOTAL - £12,320
