MACON, GEORGIA (41NBC/WMGT) -- The North Central Health District received their first shipment of the Moderna Vaccine last Wednesday.
Who served as a firefighter for 20 years, says it's unusual for something like this to happen, but he's glad no one was hurt.
The north central health district recieved their first shipment of the moderna covid-19 vaccine last week, and began administering the vaccine saturday.
According to the health district, they have a plan on how they'll distribute the vaccine.
They say front line workers, and anyone directly impacted by the virus will be the first to get the vaccine.
