Many business owners tell me theye been watching the numbers very closely& because they now have the ability to reopen for indoor diners, in some capacity.

Level, restaurants can have a maximum of 50 people eating inside their restaurant at a time.

Sam gross, the owner of loggers taphouse in roseburg says the second shutdown has been financially tough on him and his staff& but he says these changes are the light at the end of the tunnel.

Sam gross, restaurant owner: the first thing was to send messages to all of our people letting them know that schedules are going to change, their going to get more hours, then planning with our food provider to get everything we need to be ready for that increase in sales?

Level, restaurants can expand their outdoor seating to 75 people from 50.

Gross says he plans to take advantage of that change too, after spending 45 hundred on outdoor seating equipment while they were in extreme risk?

Restaurants aren't the only business allowed to reopen& gyms can also open at a limited capacity too.
