Four people are out of a home after a fire on Neilson Street in Utica Dec. 31.

Four people are without a home this afternoon after a fire in utica.

+ when first responders arrived, the found heavy fire coming frotheecond floorin the s was a multi family home and the fire chief says the first floor was occupied but the second floor was vacant.

Fire fighters were able to quickly get hose lines onto the house and get the fire under control.

Chief ingersoll says there's alot of damage on the second floor but it can be repaired.
