The second patient has described having the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine as an "honour".
Trevor Cowlett, 88, said he had no hesitations about getting the new vaccine and urged everyone to have it.
He said it means "all the world" to have the vaccination, adding that it gives him confidence that he is protected.
