Special Task Force will join investigation in Budaun alleged gang-rape case, informed ADG Law and Order at UP DGP HQ Prashant Kumar.
ADG Kumar said "We have arrested two of the three accused based on the complaint of victim's husband.
The main accused is on run.
"Inspector in-charge has been suspended for not taking timely action.
As per government's order, Special Task Force (STF) will join the case," he added.
