Dr Nikki Kanani, a GP and NHS medical director for primary care, has told ofher tears of joy at being able to give people the “hope” of protection fromCovid-19 through a jab.
Dr Kanani also described how care home residents hadbeen moved by the prospect of being reunited with family members after havingthe vaccine.
