Farmers in and around Delhi are protesting from last 46 days against the farm laws.
Ahead of Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar's Kisan Mahapanchayat in Karnal, farmers held a protest at the venue.
In order to control the protestors, police used teargas at them but all failed.
