COVID: City Hall In SF, Oakland, San Jose, CA Capitol Lit In Amber To Honor 400,000 Victims

San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose and the capitol were all lit up in amber on Inauguration eve as part of a nationwide tribute to the more than 400,000 Americans who lost their lives to COVID-19.
