Protesting farmer leaders have alleged that a conspiracy has been hatched to kill four of them and create disruption to their proposed tractor rally on January 26.
Farm leaders presented an accused at a press conference at Singhu border on Friday night.
The man claimed that his accomplices were allegedly asked to pose as cops on Republic Day.
They were also allegedly asked to baton-charge the crowd during the proposed tractor rally.
Farm leaders claimed that they caught the man from the protest site at Singhu border.
The miscreant was later handed over to the Haryana police for further investigation.
Thousands of farmers have been camping at Delhi borders since November 28 last year.
Farmers demand repeal of the three farm laws and a legal guarantee on MSP for their crops.
