After the parliament was dissolved on Dec.
20 last month at the direction of the Nepal Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, Rival faction of the ruling Nepal Communist Party took to streets for the second time in less than a month against his unconstitutional move to dissolve the parliament.
Addressing a public meeting, Leader of the splinter group of ruling Nepal Communist Party Madhav Kumar Nepal said that the order for "Clarification" has been sent to Oli over his move on parliament dissolution.
Nepal Communist Party also threatened Oli of evoking his membership and affiliation with Communist Party.
Former Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal, also a leader of the rival faction of NCP, has warned to oust Oil and block his primary membership from the party.
The senior leader of the splinter group of the ruling party also warned of taking disciplinary actions against Oli.
Earlier, the ruling Nepal Communist Party, now caretaker Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on 20 December, 2020 had decided to dissolve parliament calling for fresh election for April and May this year.
