While addressing at the 148th session of WHO Executive Board meeting on January 26, the Health and Family Welfare Minister of India, Dr Harsh Vardhan said, "I thank the member nations that despite the wide disparity in their epidemiological trends, we are on verge of defeating pandemic by adopting a pre-emptive, proactive and collaborative strategies."
