Prime Minister Narendra Modi was accorded Guard of Honour at the rally of National Cadet Corps (NCC) at Cariappa Ground in the national capital on January 28.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh was also present at the event.
Prime Minister also reviewed the parade rally.
A cultural event was also organised where several artists performed on regional tunes.
