"I want to appeal to the government to provide a special package for the northeast states.
The middle classes shopkeepers are in great loss in the state.
So the government should consider more" says Shaukat Ali, a shopkeeper.
Also known as 'Chandni Chowk of Guwahati', Fancy Bazaar is considered the busiest best flea market in Guwahati.
