An Iranian hand is being suspected in the low intensity blast outisde the Israeli embassy on Friday after a note fund at the blast site calls the explosion a 'trailer' and mentions Israeli commander General Qasem Soleimani and top nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh as martyrs.
