Clapper: Putin is afraid of Navalny and support he garners

Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said that Russian President Vladimir Putin is scared of the support Putin critic Alexey Navalny has in Russia after a Moscow court sentenced Navalny to two and a half years in jail.
