Defence Minister of India, Rajnath Singh met Defence Minister of Madagascar, Richard Rakotonirina in Bengaluru on February 04.
He also presented two mementos to his counterpart during the meeting.
"Congratulations to the government, especially the Ministry of Defence because it has been brave to organise such an event in the context which is prevailing now of COVID-19 pandemic," said Rakotonirina to ANI.
