Delhi Police PRO Chinmoy Biswal spoke on the arrest of actor-turned-activist Deep Sidhu.
Biswal alleged that Sidhu was one of the main people who instigated violence at Red Fort on January 26 this year.
Biswal said video footage of Sidhu was circulated.
Delhi police had announced a reward of Rs 1 lakh on information leading to Sidhu’s arrest.
A Delhi court sent Sidhu to seven-day judicial custody.
