Reacting on Priyanka Gandhi's tweet on farmers' situation, Union Minister Sanjeev Balyan said that Congress is behaving like vulture and wants to take benefit from farmers protest.
On his meeting with people of Western UP, Balyan said, "The region doesn't have Mandi.
There's only Gur Mandi that will be benefitting small-scale farmers with exemption of 2.5% tax over gur.
In a way, contract farming already exists and APMC has no impact."
