LG of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha interacted with foreign envoys in Srinagar on February 18 where he said, "Delimitation process is on.
The Prime Minister and the Home Minister have assured the country that after delimitation process is completed, the assembly elections will be held.
After Delimitation Commission finishes its work, I assure, elections will be conducted in a fair and free manner." The envoys from 24 nations are part of the delegation visiting the Union Territory.
