WHEN she was younger, Kristy used to try and hide her face.
The 26-year-old from Massachusetts, US, was born with neurofibromatosis a condition that causes tumours to form on nerves.
However, with the support of her family, Kristine has learned to embrace her condition and now feels surgery to change how she looks would be unnecessary.
Kristine told Truly: "I love who I am and if I get cosmetic surgery, it will be changing who I am.” Kristine started posting on TikTok last year and hopes to help other people who are struggling with their own self-image.
Kristine said: “I tell people when they ask me what happened to my face, I tell them beauty.”
