Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the 66th convocation ceremony of IIT-Kharagpur.
The event took place via video conferencing on February 23.
While addressing at the event, PM Modi said, "India of the 21st century has changed.
Now, IITs is not only the Indian Institutes of Technology, but institute of indigenous technology.
Students should have- self confidence, self-awareness and selflessness."
