Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the second Khelo India Winter Games in Gulmarg today.
The event is being organised by the Sports Ministry in collaboration with the J&K Sports Council and the Winter Games Association of J&K.
Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports M Kiren Rijiju and Governor Monoj Sinha were present in the event.
