The spectacular video, shot in Tekes County in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region on February 1, shows herdsmen escorting 120,000 livestock including cows and sheep through snow-covered mountains to different pastures.
The migration is expected to be completed before February 20.
According to a herdsman named Bahetinu'er, they have herded livestock in the winter field for five months and started the spring migration on January 31.
Since the weather is getting warmer, the chances of avalanches, landslides or flooding are increased.
Local authorities coordinated and accelerated the pace of migration to ensure herdsmen's property would not be lost.
