New information -- the john hunt park vaccine clinic will no longer vaccinate people on the weekends after this saturday and sunday.

Dan, megan -- tracy doughty said today that the hospital made this change because staff can easily vaccinate everyone monday through friday.
The vaccine clinic has been allocated twenty-five hundred doses of the vaccine a week.
That number is actually less than what the vaccine clinic was allocated a month and a half ago.
Huntsville hospital has adjusted the vaccine clinic's hours to accomodate people who can't get out of work and would have needed to come on the weekends.
"what we did do is extend our hours on tuesday and thursday to 6:30 p.m.
So, for those individuals who can't get off work or their educators or their professors or whatever we're open till 6:30 p.m.
On tuesday and thursday to accommodate those individuals."
Doughty said that as soon as the state gets additional vaccine allocations john hunt park will ramp up their vaccinations once again.
