That was awhile ago.
Over the weekend we are quite chilly and still below average by several degrees.
Today get back above average starting to feel it already today.
Still cool out here this morning but risen quite a bit where we are earlier this morning.
High pressure in control that's going to keep us dry.
No weather maker in sight.
This high is protecting any sort of wet weather coming if and set up not only here across the southeast but up and down the entire east coast.
It is still cool this morning.
44 right now.
Winds are calm.
Shifting from the south and they will be light and coming from the south and impact the temperatures along the coastline a little bit cooler beaches today.
We will be in the 50s here shortly and rising into the 60s by 11:00 a.m.
Mid-60s by lunchtime.
Coming long way already at that point and then this afternoon near 70?.
Like i said, the exception will be the coastal areas.
It will be a little bit cooler there but topping out near 70?
Inland.
Beaches low to mid-60s.
Light winds out of the south that's about 5 miles per hour.
Lots of sunshine though.
Clear skies.
Cloud free skies and that will continue tonight with the clear skies we tend to have nice warm arches but chilly overnight.
40 and it will be cool but won't be as cold as it has been here over the past couple of mornings.
Not talking frost and freeze tomorrow morning, but definitely still need those jackets.
You could take them off though because it will be even warmer by tomorrow afternoon.
Extended outlook long-term computer models still not showing much.
We are dry through much of the week.
All the way through the start of the weekend as well.
Now, by the end of the weekend and early next week we will see the little disturbance start to move in and start to see small shower chance by early sunday and better chance monday and tuesday with the next front but still that's seven days away at this point, so the next week still not expecting measurable precipitation.
Some heavier rain back to our west.
But that high really protecting much of the lerocque here for the next several days.
So high of 70 next several days.
Friday we are in the upper 70s feeling spring like out there going into the weekend.
And, of course, we are changing the clock saturday night before you go to bed.
