Kentucky Celebrating the State's One Millionth Vaccine Recipient

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear and the Kentucky Department of Public Health hosted a virtual conference on Monday morning, marking the one-millionth Kentuckian to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.
