But zack prigge and a handful of others cleaned up the mess afterwards.
He's part of the "rochester minnesota car scene" a group that meets up on occasion in a parking lot and shares the work they've put into their cars.
But he tells me what took place over the weekend isn't what the group stands for.

There's no reason that all of a sudden, we need to let other people ruin that spot for us.
We can do our best to absolutely make amends with owners of the property."
I reached out to the rochester police department about the specific gathering of motorheads revving their engines loudly and was told they did receive multiple reports friday night of cars gathered in a parking lot, revving their engines and racing.
Rpd says the group dispersed without incident.
