Hilary Duff wants her third child to be a boy: 'I'm actually a little scared to have another girl'

Hilary Duff is hoping her third child will be another boy, because she’s “a little scared” to have two girls after her experience as a mother was tougher with her daughter Banks than it was with her son Luca.
