Conley decision affirmed

Five appeals court judges unanimously affirmed the conviction of Kaitlyn Conley in the death of Dr. Mary Yoder.

Her conviction was unanimously affirmed by a panel of five appelate court judges in rochester.

Conley poisoned chiropractor doctor mary yoder in 2017.

Conley's attorney's main argument was that the jury never should have been able to consider a manslaughter charge against her.

Because the decision was unanimous, the case can't go back to the court of appeals without special permission from a judge on the court.

Conley is serving 23 years in prison.
